5. Student Workflow (What Students See)
5.1 Planning Phase
Students select categories, activities, and outcomes.
Suggested activities can be added.
Students click Publish Plan when ready.
5.2 Conducting Phase
Students carry out activities and record what they did.
Only selected categories appear by default.
Additional categories can be added if needed.
5.3 Feedback Phase
Students submit for supervisor feedback.
Supervisors review and comment.
Teachers review after supervisors.
5.4 Guest Supervisor Functionality
Students may invite an external supervisor by email.
Guest supervisors have the same rights as regular supervisors until the form is finalized.
5.5 Status Flow
Draft → To-Do → Waiting for Supervisor Feedback → Waiting for Teacher Feedback → Completed.
