Admins have control over three key settings within the organization, allowing for customization based on preferences and requirements:

1. Enable Visibility of Student and Supervisor Comments and Markings:

   • Unchecked: Comments and markings become visible after both student and supervisor submit their evaluations to each other.

   • Checked: Users (student and supervisor) have the option to share their comments and markings either with each other or solely with the teacher.

1. Allow Both Supervisors to Evaluate:

   • Checked: Both primary and secondary supervisors can assess and evaluate students concurrently.

   • Unchecked: Only the first accessed supervisor in the evaluation process has the ability to evaluate the student.

2. Organization Default Language:

   • Set the default language for new user accounts within the organization.

   • Users can still change their language preferences in their account settings.

   • Emails from TOPP-N app will be sent to users in the selected default language.

These settings provide flexibility and control over the evaluation process, ensuring alignment with organizational preferences and language requirements.
