Domains
Admins can enhance security measures by restricting user accounts within the organization to specific email domains. Follow these steps to add a new email domain:
Navigate to the Domains Tab:
Click on the "Domains" tab in the side navigation menu.
Add New Domain:
Press the 'Add new domain' button.
Enter Domain Information:
Enter the desired email domain, e.g., "gmail.com," in the pop-up window.
Save the Domain:
Click the "Save" button to confirm and add the new email domain.
Completion:
The specified email domain is now added, and accounts associated with this domain can be invited or created within the organization.
By utilizing the "Domains" feature, admins can effectively control and limit the email domains eligible for use within the organization, contributing to a more secure TOPP-N environment.
