4. Template Settings
When creating or editing a Veiledningsplan template, admins can configure settings that define how the form will be used by students and supervisors.
4.1 Plan Requirements
Number of plans until midterm – minimum number of plans a student must complete before the midterm evaluation.
Number of plans until endterm – minimum number of plans a student must complete before the end of the practice period.

4.2 Mandatory Comments
Comments mandatory for student – if enabled, students must provide comments before submission.

4.3 Display Options
Display summary – enables the Summary (Oppsummering) component, where supervisors/teachers can provide an overall evaluation or feedback.
If unchecked, the summary section will not appear in the template.
4.4 Help Texts
Help texts guide students through each phase of the plan. Admins can edit these texts to suit their program.
Planning phase help text Default: “I planleggingsfasen skal du planlegge aktiviteten for praksis uken….” (In the planning phase, you should plan the activities for your practice week…)
Conducting phase help text Default: “I gjennomføringsfasen skal du beskrive hva du har jobbet med under praksisuken….” (In the conducting phase, you should describe what you worked on during the practice week…)
4.5 Grading Scale
The Veiledningsplan supports a five-point grading scale, which supervisors use to assess the extent to which learning outcomes were achieved:
Svært liten grad (Very little extent)
Liten grad (Little extent)
Middels grad (Moderate extent)
Stor grad (Great extent)
Svært stor grad (Very great extent)
