Creating new user account:

Admins wield the authority to generate new user accounts effortlessly. Here's a guide on how to create a new user within the TOPP-N platform:

  1. Navigate to New User Page:

    • Click on the "New User" button located next to the "Invite" button.

  2. Provide User Information:

    • Enter all the necessary user information on the designated page. This includes details such as name, surname, email, role, and other relevant data.

  3. Click "Create":

    • Once all information is entered accurately, press the "Create" button to generate the new user account.

  4. Email Notification:

    • The user will promptly receive an email containing their account credentials and pertinent details.

  5. Note on Email Domains:

    • Ensure that the email domain utilized by the new user is added to the Email Domains tab for effective communication and integration.

By leveraging the "New User" function, admins facilitate the efficient incorporation of individuals into TOPP-N, enhancing user accessibility and engagement.
