Invite users with email address:
As an admin, you hold the capability to extend invitations to individuals and seamlessly integrate them into the TOPP-N platform. Here's how you can wield the "Invite" functionality:
Enter Email Address:
Input the email address of the individual you wish to invite into the designated field.
Select User Role:
Choose the role that best suits the invitee's function within TOPP-N (e.g., Student, Supervisor, Teacher).
Initiate the Invitation:
Initiate the invitation process, allowing the selected individual to create their account by clicking the link provided in the invitation email.
Note on Email Domains:
Ensure that the email domain used by the invitee is added to the Email Domains tab. This step is crucial for effective communication and seamless user integration.
By using the "Invite" feature, you streamline the onboarding process for new users, promoting accessibility and collaboration within the TOPP-N platform.
