Group Management Details:

To exercise control over groups, administrators can click on the group title to access a range of functionalities. Here's a breakdown of the key actions:

1. Student Management:

  • Add, Remove, or Transfer Students: Admins can efficiently modify student compositions within active groups. This includes adding, removing, or transferring students to other groups.

  • Supervisor Assignment: Admins have the capability to assign supervisors to students within the group. If a supervisor lacks a TOPP-N account, admins can seamlessly create one by using the "Create Supervisor" button.

  • Practice Place Management: Admins can manage practice places for students, including changing or entering new practice place details.

2. Group Information Editing:

  • Edit Group Details: Admins can change all group information, encompassing the group title, subject code (emne code), start and finish dates, and more.

  • Inactive groups can be reactivated by adjusting the group finish date.

3. Teacher Management:

  • Add or Remove Teachers: Admins have the flexibility to modify the teacher composition of the group, adding or removing teachers as needed.

  • Rights Management: Admins can assign or revoke the "Can Edit/Sign" rights for teachers within the group. Importantly, there is no limit to the number of teachers that can be assigned to a group.

By efficiently utilizing these functionalities, administrators can exert precise control over student assignments, group details, and teacher compositions, ensuring a well-organized and dynamic educational environment.
